2024 Franklin Walk-a-Thon

Dear Franklin Community,
We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in our recent walk-a-thon! To the organizers, volunteers, students, teachers, staff, parents, and generous donors—your support has made a significant impact. The kids had so much fun, and we’re thrilled to share that we surpassed our fundraising goal!
Shout out to the fundraising co-VPs, Aimee Klarich and Kristine-Ann Hespelt, plus their amazing team for their hard work!
Thanks to your incredible efforts, all of our budgeted enrichment activities are covered, allowing us to address important community needs. As PTA presidents, we are immensely proud of our team and what we've accomplished together.
We look forward to an incredible year ahead, filled with opportunities for our students and community.

UPDATE ON 10/6
Walk-A-Thon - What an Event!
The much anticipated PTA Walk-A-Thon was held on Friday afternoon and it was a huge success.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the event. I'd like to give a big shout out to our Fundraising VP, Aimee Klarich, for all her time and effort dedicated to making this a wonderful event for the students at the same time as generating a huge amount of money to fund events for our community throughout the year. Thanks also to her team of PTA volunteers who worked super hard and dedicated a great deal of time to make this happen in such grand style (including a shout out to our Frankie the Falcon who sweltered through the whole event - thank you!). Thank you to the Fire Department for making the day even more memorable by bringing their enthusiasm and big truck! And last but not least, thank you to each and everyone of you who donated, we are so appreciative of your generosity. All the funds raised will be used to make it a great year for our students and community - THANK YOU!
